What if the product does not arrive or a defective/broken product has been sent?
The influencer should let the brand know if the product has not arrived. If the brand claims that the product must have arrived and one of the parties complains to ILONSI, the situation will be investigated. The issue will be resolved within 14 days after ILONSI’s lawyers receive all necessary information such as contract and cargo details from the brand.
ILONSI cannot be held responsible for a product that has not arrived or is defective/broken. The influencer will only be held liable if he/she has deliberately entered the wrong address into the ILONSI platform.
If the product arrives defective/broken, contact the brand immediately and provide evidence that the product is damaged. It is up to the Brand itself whether to send a new product or continue to collaborate. An Influencer always has the right not to advertise if he/she gets damaged products.
